I wanted to fire all the staff.

The impression that the hotel is starting to fall apart slowly. There are no visitors, breakfast on weekdays is meager, on Friday evening the restaurant was closed altogether Nice well-trained staff which is incredibly nice. But the numbers aaaa ... dampness, the smell of mildew beginning to gain strength. The towels look retired, the towels for the legs are cut off - no edges 😳 The color is gray. Frayed edges. Very unpleasant(((

Outside - the most beautiful hotel in Rostov. However, with the transition under the control of Azimut, nothing has changed at all. Usually they do at least a cosmetic repair, but this is not the case. The corridors are from Soviet times. The carpet is all stained. Horrible box-spring mattresses on the beds (guaranteed back pain in the morning). No less awful (too soft and too big) pillows. The bathroom is spacious, but the plumbing is old, the shower is stained with rust, the tiles are chipped, there are spider webs in the corners. No air conditioners. Breakfast, in principle, is normal, but the porridge smelled very strange (sour milk) - I didn't dare eat. The hotel could have a beautiful area, but it is not guarded by anyone and local teenagers are constantly hanging out there. To be fair, the prices are usually low, but the quality is below 2 *. At the same time, the hotel can be qualitatively renovated and turned into excellent 4 *. Apparently, the owner has no money or desire.
