We ended up in the hotel by chance - it was still far enough to Rostov, and the time was late. And although the facade did not look very attractive, we decided to take a look. The administrator offered 2 options - the difference is only in cost - 2200 and 1500 rubles. We immediately liked the room and although it was more expensive, they did not look at another option (we had to go to another building) We stayed for one night in a double room with two beds. Of the pros: clean, comfortable, quiet (including no street noise), very comfortable mattresses, refrigerator, TV, shower with good pressure and water temperature, bed linen in perfect condition, optimal set of furniture in the room, wi-fi , parking in the yard and free, the presence of a cafe. Of the relative disadvantages, the glasses are only plastic, and the plastic is very soft and inconvenient to use; there is no kettle (neither in the room nor in the hall, the administrator answered our question that the kettle would be in the morning ... but we left early and did not wait for the promised ), the receptionist is polite, but I would like him to be more friendly and talkative.

We stop here every year during our trip to the sea. Polite staff at any time of the day, its own well is always good Free drinking water. (Who does not know, in that area in other hotels water is paid). Normal rooms, great location. Recommend.
