"Prem'yer Rostov"

The prices are acceptable for guests with low income, but the interior needs updating, I recommend to those who do not require high service. I give it three plus stars. The location is very convenient, near the auto and railway stations. There are supermarkets and shopping centers nearby.

We got there quickly, easy access to the M4 in the morning. Free parking. In the room there is a kettle, mugs, shower gel and shampoo (but for some reason in one copy). No water for tea, tea bags or sugar is provided. Refrigerator, air conditioning and TV are also available. Three towels for each, clean bed linen. Overall we liked it, much better value for money than on the track. Breakfast seems to be from 8 am, but we did not find it.

They turn off the water for several hours a day without warning, there are almost no antiseptics anywhere, in total there is nowhere to wash your hands. The "restaurant" (which is actually a seedy canteen) employs VERY rude and unfriendly women who roll their eyes instead of serving. There is no drinking water in the coolers, there is no telephone in the rooms to call at least to order coffee. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Normal hotel. I think the prices are too high. Hotel for business travelers. The rooms are small. But clean, polite.

There is no hot water, they were not warned about it. When we washed in the morning, the water was turned off altogether. There is no drinking water in the room, there is no room service either. You can hear the noise of the road and a vacuum cleaner in the morning. At breakfast there is no opportunity to drink boiled coffee, only tea bags and instant coffee.
