Nice sports center. It's great that there is a place in the village where you can go in for sports. The gym is not the best, but everything is basic. The pool is modern and nice.

It is very good that we have such a sports complex in Shilovo. A variety of sports, the highest professionalism of coaches, confirmed by high results, both in the Russian and international arenas (even world champions have grown and continue to train), allow our fellow countrymen to find a sport to their liking and capabilities, relying on quality service and professional help trainers and sports educators.

Do you want to swim? Play ping pong, volleyball, soccer ?? Maybe just work out? Please, all this is in the FSC "Arena", but at the same time you can swim only in your own lane, there are no towers, only for the swimming stratum, but you also cannot jump from them. The gym is convenient only if it's cool outside, otherwise you will die in it from the heat, since there are no air conditioners at all. Showers are the cheapest and not of high quality, but at least clean. But there are also pluses. Quite good sauna with affordable prices. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of the premises. I have been to the gym regularly for 4 years, I am quite satisfied.
