I called twice about the planned procedure (no matter which one), stipulated the day and time. They said yes, no problem, come any day, because the procedure is not by appointment. I took time off from work, came from another city, but it turned out that the doctor was not there and would not be there today. There is no limit to indignation. If you have such situations with doctors, enter a record, in which case, call clients, warn them not to break their plans and lose money. No more foot in this center, very unprofessional and negligent. And advice for potential clients for the future - if you are planning something in this center, discuss all the details at least three times, or even better, call again on the eve of the trip so that it does not work out like with me.
