It is unfortunate that the bank’s office does not work during the quarantine period. There is no way to deposit money for a credit card, the Internet bank does not work for technical reasons, payment from a commission from other banks. Today they wrote off a late fee, although I went to the bank’s hotline and explained the situation. Central Bank recommendations mean nothing to them.

Disgusting service, the bank employee did not introduce herself, didn’t even ask for a passport, I provided it myself, for the next 15 minutes, I did not say a word, later I submitted documents to sign, pointing through my teeth where to put the seal, suggested activating the card, but I wanted to leave faster. When I got through to the hotline to activate the card myself, they asked me for a code word, they said I had to put it in the bank, but since no one had spoken to me for the entire time, I had no idea what code word until the hotline operator prompted where to find it. This is a bank employee, I have not yet come across with such. Just awful.
