Hello. This is the most terrible post office in Ryazan. And it is terrible only because people work there who not only do not know how to work with people, but also categorically do not want to. My mail was given to another person, and in order to return it to me, even nothing was done. One window is constantly working, and then every other time. The operating mode is set as they want. Not all people can pick up packages during the day, so when they leave work in the evening they think they will go to the post office and pick them up. But it was not there, the post office seems to be working, but they give out the parcels, then until 4 p.m., then they hand over the cash register and you have to wait 30-40 minutes. And there always. We need to do something about it. It is necessary to change the staff, the women who work there are not very friendly, it is even difficult for them to say hello. One gets the feeling that such people are being specially recruited to the post office. Thank you for attention.

08.08.2020 on Saturday, ONE person worked in ALL the department and the working hours were cut. Queue up to the horizon, I never got anything.

I won’t come; two windows work. But it sends letters, issues parcels, etc., only one thing! Moreover, every day, and maybe even several times a day, the windows change. About ten people work in the department. But constantly in line. To get the damn package, you have to stand on your feet (one chair for the whole compartment) from 10 to 40 minutes. Thank you, Russian Post, you really came up with raisins ...

They came to pick up the package, sent it to the post office not to the declared address. We stood in an empty hall for about 20 minutes, knocked, called. A girl will come to our cries. She came, but left immediately, saying that she needed to sort the mail, although she could be heard chatting there. Is it really impossible to stop talking at lunchtime. More than one person works there. After 20 minutes of standing, we are told that we need to go to the main post office for the shipment, although they called from Yesenin and asked to pick it up. As a result, 35 minutes wasted.

Super! I don’t know why everyone complains, because all people. This is not the first time I have been using the services of this department, everything is politely and as quickly as possible.
