So that there are no problems, friends, I recommend everyone to BOOK UP to visit the branch (at home, warm) in the application or on the official website of the Russian Post + do not forget to take your documents with you! and you will be happy too 😁 The package actually took a very long time, the box was decently crumpled, and there was a vase inside😱 but the block and the spike inside saved this product (fortunately, I ordered a good brand from Hong Kong) But these are questions for transportation 🤷🏻‍♀️ But for the service and for the behavior of the staff in this department - I will not lower the asterisk🥳

It's a pity that over the decades, a bad opinion has developed about the Russian post office. They work VERY well, but there are always a lot of people who are not satisfied. Patience you staff !!!!!

Very good post office! It's nice that there is a terminal with an electronic queue. Waiting seating. Although, I am not often, but there is almost never a queue. Very quick girls work. The staff are very polite! I want to say thank you for your patience, understanding and respect for age. I sent a parcel. Unknowingly, she patted her with scotch tape. Yes, I tried so hard ... At the post office, the girl explained that there should not be any scotch tape, except for mail, on the parcel. She took off the tape herself, although it was very difficult, and packed the parcel. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart, since I myself would not have coped, and going home and coming back, for a person of retirement age, is very difficult. I don’t know what is the correct name for her position, but her name is Tatiana Konevtseva. How glad I am that young people show care and attention to the older generation. Thank you, Tanechka and all the staff of this department.

Some boors work, they refuse to accept parcels, referring to all sorts of nonsense, not competent specialists who do not understand this area.
