Excuses are: gas workers damaged the cable, etc. At the same time, they call and send an SMS with a message that tomorrow the masters will come from 11 to 13, you should be at home. I ask for leave from work, I wait and nothing. No one came, no one called. I’m calling myself, they say: “no one will come to you”. In October, they themselves connected speed 10 without our consent, respectively, the payment increased. We pay on time. No speed, no internet, no service. I would like to ask, but what do you charge money for?

The prices were overstated, they went to another company. Disconnected immediately, but they still send receipts. They don't want to talk on the phone about the shutdown. The office cannot be found.

There is no Internet for 3 weeks, and this is not the first time. Every month they have a cable somewhere.
