I turned around and left, paid for an X-ray and a general examination, although I did not need it

We treated the tooth for my daughter. The staff at the reception are completely incompetent, rude. People are recorded every 20 minutes, during this time it is impossible to cure teeth, the children are all different, someone is crying for a long time, etc. The queues are horrible, and despite the record. The doctor during the reception is distracted and takes other children at the same time, what kind of chaos this is, and all this is in gloves, without changing them! To our great regret, we had to turn there with acute pain, but never again! I do not recommend anyone! If this dentistry is paid, then please change gloves and receive recordings at the indicated time with one person !!!

Hello. I would like to share my impressions about children's dentistry. In principle, I liked everything, but ....... For the first time, my daughter (4 years) consulted caries and pulpitis, which naturally should be treated. When I talked with the doctor, I was told something like this, that if my child refuses to heal his teeth, then I’ll unwrap and leave, but what little does the child want, and do I need to treat the teeth. I agree with the doctor, no complaints, but when we were cured, almost all of our teeth were abandoned, giving us 2 teeth. And all that my child screamed. I understand you, dear doctors, but what shall I do ???? Now my child goes with a temporary seal, while we are visiting, it turns out that while we are on vacation, no one will fix it. And if this seal "fall off, crumble," to whom to contact ???? You understand correctly, the child's teeth were treated and drilled without anesthesia, she is already stressed, and every time the drill is turned on, she just goes into hysterics, just because she immediately puts off her head - it hurts. I am not a conflicted person and didn’t argue, it’s just a shame that until the end the work was not done, and this, I'm sorry, doesn’t seem like, why did you go then to work as a pediatrician ??? I understand that you are tired, but I think this is simply irresponsibility to my clients. And finally, I was told to agree with the child. How??? I negotiate each time, but when I enter the office, everything ..... And tears begin. I wish there was a TV in the children's office, specialized child seats, then the children would be less afraid.
