08/30/17 at about 13:30, I bought Bezhin Lug sour cream in this store a big pack., The seller gave it to me, and started talking to someone on the phone (it was heard from the conversation that she definitely didn’t solve working moments ) I checked the production date (08/06/2017, shelf life 20 days, the product is stitched for 4 days !!!), I told the seller that the sour cream was stitched !!! to which she told me that this could not be, she took it (continuing to talk on the phone), without telling me anything about sour cream, she announced the amount payable only for eggs. I asked if she would offer me another? To which they replied that no. I asked the whole stitched? she waved her head yes (she didn’t waste her time on me, because talking on the phone was much more important than her work responsibilities). Then I was surprised at this, asked why you had stitched products in the window? Then the seller deigned to end the conversation and came to me. (During this time she went to the refrigerator and replaced the stitched sour cream with fresh, tried to deceive me with supposedly I overlooked) By the way, surveillance cameras weigh in the store - so let's see the record !!! I asked where is their consumer corner and a book of complaints / suggestions? (There is nothing on the trading floor). The seller, surprised, replied: girl, you have nothing more to do? Apparently not, grandmother or grandfather would come, she would palm off this sour cream to them, they would be poisoned (at best). She also said that the book of complaints / suggestions from the "mistress", she would come, bring. I draw your attention to the fact that the seller did not apologize for the stitched product, did not call anyone, and also did not provide me with relevant documents that MUST be in every store. She stated that the “mistress” would come tomorrow at 08:00 on 08/31/17 and began to receive another visitor. I did not call the police, as I did not report to Roszdravnadzor. The conversation was over. I look forward to meeting with the "mistress".
