Was 03/12/2020 at 12:50, I wanted to change the currency, the cashier refused me because of no currency, but after that, the man had a currency exchange operation ($ 200)! Class! When I asked the question why it happened, I started to lie, the man called before lunch and agreed! A good bank, but the cashier spoils everything!

The BINBANK branch of the bank is compact, but not too tight. It is located in a convenient place. There is an ATM and a payment terminal. The floor is dirty, there are no cups in the cooler. There is no electronic queue. From my experience, but it was on Saturday (shortened day). Four employees: a cashier, two operators and a man with a cell phone (continuously talking to someone on cell phones) Two clients (a woman at the cash desk and a young couple at one and the operators) An attempt to ask a free operator a question about who to contact me, she's hysterical "I'm busy! I have a client! He's on the waiting box!" But after she (the operator) got free, she explained that I should not address her at all, but to the cashier. But in less than a minute, the operator literally squealed, "Cashier is closed! Wait." And the cashbox is really closed for a break (the blinds are started, and there is a plate 12:10 12:40). It's a shame to admit, but my patience has burst and I had to fight with employees in front of clients. Maybe this is not the worst bank, but this is the worst branch, the bank that I visited.

Awful attitude to visitors, the department works until 19-00, but after 18-00 there is no one waiting for, the ticket office has already closed the blinds and we have to wait to deign to open, I came after work two times in a row to exchange some amount in currency, once in 18-20 - not changed because of the fact that "they have already closed the register" (!!), the second time the next day in 18-05 - again changed, because "there are no rubles in the box office", that's how it is then !! I had to go to another bank (((
