In September, the parents handed over the tablet for repair (replacement of the charging socket). Paid 1000 rubles. Master Pavel said that the gadget was repaired, he did not provide a check, a warranty card too. At home, it turned out that the problem was not solved. They brought it the next day, the employees were rude to mom, they gave out a charging cable, saying that the problem was in the cable. We turned to another service center, where they said that the tablet did not even open and that no repairs were made. I live in another city, I called the service staff several times to sort out the situation, they promised to pass the information on to the management who will contact me. A week passed, but no one called back. I hope that this 1000 rubles, which Pavel illegally raped from pensioners, made him happy.

Good service center, they never cheat, they do everything after the fact. I applied repeatedly, all the work was done on time. Changed the screen, changed the battery, dealt with locked phones. We did everything, I recommend this workshop. And those who speak badly, I can only say one thing, there are whiners and disaffected everywhere. I recommend Master Alexey to everyone.
