Church of Varlaam on Zvanitse

The church did not close under Soviet power. It works daily. You can go in to pray, buy literature, icons and more. House of clergy nearby. Father lives with his family there. Very responsive and energetic father Vitaly. Mother is also very emotional. They have a lot of kids. They bring up a good example. The priest communed with my mother, once even in bad weather on January 1, when getting to us was a problem. The atmosphere and service in the church are measured and comfortable.
