Somehow it turned out that most often it was she who served me. She very competently, intelligibly explained, deciphered everything incomprehensible to me in the descriptions of the MRI. And it seemed to me that I was facing a highly qualified doctor, and not a doctor with secondary medical education. And when there were difficulties with the dates of admission, Yanochka tried very hard to find a day and time for the examination that was more convenient for me. With such valuable employees, the medical center has every chance to be the best! If this center has any methods of encouraging employees, then I ask you to apply them to Yanochka, who is impeccably fulfilling her duties! And yet there is a small fly in the ointment to the center from me. The fact is that, having great popularity, the center is often very overloaded and recently I have been faced with such a problem as an untimely reception (I had to wait) or, like the last time, waiting for an answer (one and a half, two hours) lasted for more than three. And again, Yanochka helped out. After my indignation, she went to the MRI room and immediately took out the examination result. But the most important thing is that the center really has good equipment and qualified medical workers! Over the rest of the flaws, I'm sure they will work and fix them!
