The room is clean - this is the only plus of this place. Territory, no territory, construction site and parking. For two dogs they took a surcharge of almost half the cost of the room, motivating with some super special treatments. Basically, the laundry is dried from the back of the hotel. We booked two rooms by phone, but friends fell behind on the road and decided not to catch up with us at night. Upon arrival, we apologized, explaining the situation. In the morning I received a reprimand from the hostess that we had deceived her and wished through clenched teeth a "good rest". In general, I do not recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Oooeche clean room, snow-white bedding. Cleanest bathroom. Classic interior with no frills, quality repairs. It is very convenient that parking is right next to the room. Good silent air conditioning, which is very important in such a heat. Many thanks to the administrator for such cleanliness and beauty) at 5 in the morning she was already on her feet and cleaning. Hard worker!

The cost of a four-bed room cost 3500. Clean, cozy and comfortable, like home. Stayed one night, loved everything. A kettle, each with a tea bag, air conditioning, TV, shower, everything is there. The staff is very friendly, wished a good journey.

We spent the night on our way from Crimea, right in the middle of the road to Moscow. Even fastidious women liked it)

Check-in is straightforward - the same terrible, at first they were afraid of the gate and the feeling of the industrial zone. But the reviews of people on Google about the snow-white bedding were stronger than fear 😜 Yes, the rooms are clean, the furniture and plumbing are new, of high quality. We were afraid to catch a cold from the air conditioner with children and we did not have enough ventilation in the room, but this is purely our whim. There is an air conditioner, kettle, TV. VERY convenient to have parking next to the room. There is no cafe, they are only planning to open it. But you can order food delivery to your room.
