All perfectly!!! We got here by accident, on the way to the sea. Nice administrator, cozy room, rest for one night is just the thing. Near a cafe, everything is delicious, prices are reasonable. Noteworthy fact: at night the parking lot is filled with truckers. Here is a great car service and supermaster.

Second-rate roadside motel. Darkish musty rooms. There is a shower and toilet as if from the 90s of some regional center. The beds are flimsy with cheap roll mattresses. The linen is clean, but you need to lay it yourself, unless you have taken the most expensive "luxury" in the barracks. There is no kettle in the room. There are no bedside tables near the beds. The price tag for a room starts from 2000, rooms with air conditioning are more expensive (they always took them). The rooms are large, but ... they are clapboard rooms to give you an idea of ​​the "interior". Parking costs 100 rubles. Reservation is paid. On the plus side, there is a cafe on the territory, flower beds with rose bushes. Large parking lot (sharpened primarily for truckers, and this means that parking on a car is not a problem, there is a lot of space), but the same large parking lot - and a minus, truckers do not rent numbers, sleep in cars that regularly rumble all night, the noise is not very loud, but well felt, earplugs help only partially. You can spend the night if there is nowhere else, but do not expect a comfortable rest, before going to bed it is better to drink a beer in a cafe to make it easier to fall asleep here. P.S. The first time we stayed here 4-5 years ago, because it is a convenient place to stay overnight when you go from Moscow to Sochi. Then everything was fine. But since then, nothing has changed for the better. On the contrary, everything is worn out and dilapidated. Taking into account the fact that new hotels are appearing, where for the same money or a little more you can get a much better quality rest ... the conclusions suggest themselves ... It's time to demolish this barrack and build a normal hotel.

Shower and toilet in the rooms. 2500 r per day. In exactly 24 hours. There is a cafe in the parking lot. The soup portions are huge. The youngest didn't finish. Soup 100 rub. Everything hot is delicious. They tried to open the car at night. It's better not to get up here for the night without an alarm. The beds are soft with wooden edges. As in a pioneer camp. Getting up in the morning is very lazy. I do not know what kind of sewer there is, but at night my wife closed the window in the shower; the smell in the room was awful.

I liked everything very much, the administrators are very responsive, the rooms and linen are clean, the rooms are large and comfortable, the rooms have all the necessary shower, toilet, TV, refrigerator, kettle, check-in and check-out at any time, beautiful and fragrant roses bloom in front of the windows. Cafe around the clock, you can eat tasty and not expensive. Thank you very much to the staff of the hotel and cafe. We will only stay at the Pridorozhnaya hotel and we advise everyone.
