Then we witnessed a wonderful scene when the clients asked for the key to the toilet and was given it, and then they started yelling to a colleague all over the hall that "take the key from them and don't let anyone else go there!" On the door there is an inscription that the toilet is in a partisan village. However, it is paid there !!! that is, it turns out that a visitor to a cafe must either pay for it or endure the rudeness of the staff towards him. the staff did not respond to the request for a complaint book on this matter. There is no book in the hall, they allegedly searched for it for half an hour and naturally did not find it. in fact, they just stood behind the counter and were rude that they had more important things to do than look for her. The cafe administrator did not come out. As a result, the hotel administrator said on the phone that they found her, they say, come. But we naturally left, and did not receive either the key to the toilet (we did not even think to offer it) or the complaint book. The staff smiled rudely at the statements that we would turn to the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare. I understand that the girl who is rude is most pregnant for a long time (hormones are there and all the cases) - but this is not an excuse for such behavior !!!

Very cool. We were with a child for 8 years. It was interesting and instructive. We learned a lot about the technology of the war years. The collection of orders and medals is generally superb!

A very interesting place, never seen so many different military equipment in one place in my life. Good, convenient check-in, parking, smoking area, restaurant, toilet. Everything is clean and very neat. Special thanks for the kitchen !!! Not expensive, tasty, satisfying, the portions are just huge. On my own I would add about the restaurant: I liked the serving of Borscht very much. Well, maybe it's worth slightly changing the menu, since you have a museum with the theme of the Soviet past, so to speak, it would be fun to see, for example, kampot and sour cream in faceted glasses and instead of Caesar, for example, Vinegred.

Behind a beautiful and expensive facade, there is minimal service and indifference. Probably the only plus is the location. Very uncomfortable stairs, dangerous for children. The cafe does not cope with visitors, the employees are unprofessional, some are impolite. Good audibility from neighboring rooms, the toilet stinks. For such a price, you want to have a normal service.
