Disgusting store !!! This is not the first time we have been buying flowers, and they slip stale flowers into a bouquet. On Monday evening, my husband brought 5 roses home, in the morning I woke up, and 4 roses hung their heads. I called the store, and they told me that it was we who froze them. Well, yes, of course, four roses froze, and the fifth one has immunity))) And the director Vasily did not want to solve this dispute in any way. And expensive roses 130 r / pcs. I do not recommend buying flowers there if you do not want to spoil your holiday and the impression of a gift

Ordered through the site Pskov Tzvet, took away here - the order is super! But if I just went in ... - I would go right away, because atmosphere, communication, answers, explanations - everything is very sad (if it were not for the urgency and quality of the order, then the order would not have been taken away). I will not give an asterisk for service!
