They were already waiting for me on the spot with a new cross and an apology, but I explained the situation and they immediately brought out a sealed box, they opened it with me to check everything. Together with the seller we checked the kit, we were saddened again, and I went home, where I gathered myself a new chair. In general, the exchange, not counting the road, took about 2 minutes, and I live not far away, and it’s useful to walk. They apologized to me and there were no problems. It seems like there is nothing to be offended, on the contrary, many thanks to the sellers for their promptness, but the sediment still remained.
