After visiting the bank's branch in Serdobsk, ul. Lenin, there was a very negative sediment. We came for a currency exchange. After the question whether it is possible to exchange currency, we were told "we'll see." The next action was the following: examination of the notes under the "microscope" and throwing them aside, as if unsuitable. After commenting that this is money from a European bank, our employee began to prove that they have strict rules on receiving money and advised them to read instructions on receiving money. Of the 8 denominations, she left only two, and even those who were in excellent condition (later they were accepted without problems in another bank) and said that they did not accept the machine, and also kicked them out. After the remark, she began to raise her voice and scream. We refused to call the bank's director, at our request, saying that the bank's director will not help us in any way. We only have one issue after this incident, as the bank can keep such an incompetent employee who rudely treats clients and shows his ill-manner. This all happened about 11: 00-11: 30 days, November 6, 2018.
