Disgusting office. Delivery does not work. You can come to the office with the tracker number and get a refusal, it hasn’t been received, and the next day in the mailbox you will find a repeated notification. Or it’s been received by the tracker in the department for a week and a delivery card to wait another week. Very poor organization of work. I try to redirect delivery to the central office whenever possible.

If you suddenly have to return the package of Ozone, then definitely not through compartment 13. They do not know how to do it. At the same department, she often faced rudeness from older workers. Notifications of receipt of parcels come constantly late. About the fact that before I received the notice, the parcel was lying at the department for 9 days, I am silent.

The service rests on young girls, or rather, they still somehow communicate in the language of people, but it turns out with difficulty, as the society of old employees makes itself felt. Women aged behave unprofessionally and with such an attitude to work, in the place of a leader, I would seriously think about their professional suitability. From explicit jambs: 1) throwing parcels on the floor, in the eyes of the recipient, and no apologies were heard from the employee (woman aged); 2) did not give the parcel upon presentation of the track number (woman aged). Only after the notice was given, the parcel was given by another employee (young girl); 3) employees artificially increase the turnover and load in the department, causing coupons that people did not take. In an empty room there is a call for coupons 1 for 1. Based on paragraph 2, I conclude that mail does not deliver or deliver to parcels without a track number (this is an assumption and is not an accusation against the Russian Post). Out of 18 parcels, only 3 were received, the remaining 15 were sent by sellers, but were never received. If possible, try to choose other delivery services. UPD 04/29/2018: After the recent events, two trackless tracks were ordered to different addresses. One was received in another branch, but in this (on Nekrasov) they still do not know anything about the parcels. After this, I am even more convinced that in this department the parcels go not to the hands of the recipients, but to dishonest employees. I fully admit that this is, in a way, the revenge of an employee with whom conflicts have repeatedly arisen.

Very slow service. There is an electronic queue, three working windows. Despite this, you can spend some time waiting. The attendants are harsh.

Branch on Nekrasov d.1, it was repaired, there is a terminal for issuing coupons for the electronic queue! But Russian Post is not always a high level of agility, far from always a high level of qualification of employees)
