Seats on the bus do not work, do not recline, and if they recline, there is no way back. My son and I bought two tickets the day before the departure, I certainly understand that the deadlines, we were told that these are places on the couch from the rear, but they also said that it's very convenient there, you can stretch your legs, recline the seat, we can do nothing about it could not and in addition to everything we had separate places from each other, this was not warned about this either. If I knew that this would happen, I would have got tickets for another date. Promised tea, coffee, toilet in the bus-nothing was there! On all our pritenzii, the accompanying answered: "What questions to me ...", it is strange, but to whom to address ?! Voobshchem hardly survived the night, pleased one that soon we will see the sea !!! I would not advise anyone to use the services of the "sailor", and we ourselves will never do it again !!! From rest people should receive only positive emotions !!

Awful service! Deceive customers at every step, just to sell tickets. In fact, people are taken with transfers on minibuses and collected to the heap in large buses already on the m4 highway. They give incorrect information on the dates of the trip and do not return the money, moreover, they blame the customers for everything and do not even apologize for their "shoals".
