I came to this organization to replace the Russian passport. Worse service than simply does not exist in this government agency! He spent almost 4 hours in front of the treasured window No. 2 to give all the necessary documents and write a replacement application !!! It’s necessary to somehow reorganize this mess! And be sure to replace the worthless, "workers"!

How many times I had to visit this institution, there always remains an unpleasant aftertaste .. After moving to Nekrasov Street 45 in this office at 17 pm there is not a single living soul (except for nothing understanding Uzbeks) capable of answering any questions that have arisen. I went to the 4th cabinet (to clarify the information on obtaining a Russian passport to a child), where a pre-retirement employee sat who talked through my teeth as if I had come to her home and asked her for money. It feels like people do not want to work and talk elementary with people. Bubble.

Huge lines! You have to wait at least two hours. Many visitors have to come with children. There is no toilet. Rather, he apparently is, but only for employees of the institution and behind doors that open with an intercom key. If you suddenly messed up the form or made a mistake filling out the application, no one will give you a clean slate - "tension" with paper. Xerox is neither free nor paid. If you are local, you can search for it in nearby institutions. And if a foreigner - it’s more difficult for you. Where to go? In short, the service level. Everything for people.

Horror!!! I changed the address a year ago, and when it came to privatizing a new apartment, it turned out that I hadn’t been discharged yet, I had to talk with all the directors until they discharged me.
