St. Nicholas Cathedral - 1 building inside the fortress, built together with fortifications in 1330. Once it was one of the main cathedrals of the North-West: if Pskov was called the “House of the Holy Trinity”, then Izborsk was called “City of St. Nicholas”. This cathedral is the "younger brother" of Novgorod Sofia and the Pskov Trinity.

The cathedral is like a cathedral. And the entrance to the fortress is paid ... 😁
