Here in a small private museum a true story lives! A story that you can touch with your hands: touch, touch, sit, lie down on the exhibits! For a person who has goosebumps from the realization that someone’s hands were doing, his eyes saw this object many, many years ago, real euphoria. The mistress of the Samolvov barn is a very sincere person, in love with what she does! I advise everyone to visit this place and the land! Entrance to the museum is free, donations are welcome! "Feel the power" of the Pskov land

A small but very cozy museum of Russian village life. Very welcoming and hospitable hosts, a warm family atmosphere. It is more interesting to study the history of your native people when you see firsthand the objects that he used in everyday life. You can even touch something (!!!), which is important for toddlers and older kids. Hot tea is a nice bonus for a long trip :)

On an excursion, they feed on a fish soup cooked with you and amazing pies. Lots of exhibits. Of the most interesting ones, there is a bodalo, which (according to the guide) was hanged by the tipsy husbands so that it would be easier later to look around the village for the real stupa of Baba Yaga

Very interesting exposition. Many objects of peasant life from the end of the 19th centuries, a fishing exposition (many objects for fishing and everything local). The Soviet department of the museum is informative, and there is an old school desk, a patifon, shoes, handbags, you can’t describe everything. They told about the place of the Ice Battle here! They fed sweet soup and watered tea from a samovar. I recommend everyone to visit the museum!
