Assessment based on "project-implementation". Nice view, a minute walk to the central beach, there are jogging tracks. The quality of the field has significantly deteriorated in a couple of years. Well, if you think: "it's better this way than it was," then, of course, you can put 5. But I would like to think from the position: "but we planned and could have done much better."
