Nice place and nice staff!

Good value for reasonable price

Lovely hotel, good food, highly qualified reception and accommodation staff. I would especially like to mention employee Maya. I recommend the management to encourage this employee financially. She is the best in the Perm region.

No serious complaints, not a bad hotel! It is unfortunate that the 5th floor could only be reached by stairs through the reception. The location is generally good (for my tasks). There are no complaints either. Minus point for inconvenience with the entrance.

Chose this hotel due to the proximity of attractions. In this area, of all the hotels with breakfast service, Avant was the cheapest. At the same time, it is clean, cozy, hearty breakfasts are served here. Private parking is also a plus.
