The quality of the work of the employees does not cause a desire to come again. The only words of gratitude are only to the gynecologist and dentist. She is extremely outraged that patients are sent to the toilet to make a fence for the analysis of eggs of worms and helminths. This is horrible - patients have to do it themselves in the toilet, which does not meet the sanitary standards for this. I wonder who will be responsible for the result of taking tests if the patient does it himself. He must be able to do this !? Are the administration sure that it should be so?

Then, when I entered the office, the doctor sat with her cell phone to her ear. Between times she said that she was listening to me, but it was not clear whether she was listening to me, or something was on the phone. It felt like when I explained to the doctor what worried me, I was talking to myself. Then she just got up and left the office, continuing to listen to something on the phone and without explaining anything, was absent for 10 minutes. Then she came, asked what I was complaining about, got up and left again, was absent again for 10 minutes. In the end, I left without waiting for the doctor to find time for me. Reception in your clinic is not cheap at all, I would like to receive qualified services. I have been going to your clinic for several years, I have never had such problems, everything was fine. But this case left an unpleasant aftertaste from visiting the clinic.
