the cafe is certainly not for everybody, but better than in some places where I had to visit, the food is good, not expensive.

Although it is called a "cafe", in fact it is a dining room. Everything is tasty and cheap. Mashed potatoes, cutlet, cheburek, tea - 111 rubles. It is convenient to eat here if you are staying at a nearby hotel
