One case was - the rolls were brought, as it turned out, the online payment "did not go through", or rather the organization is bad - one receives money, the second sees them, and the third gives out rolls, and it feels like these 3 people live in different countries and there is no connection. In general, the rolls were not given, they were taken away, an hour later when they figured out the payment, they brought, as it seemed to me, the same rolls, although the agreement was for freshly made. In general, the control of employees is poor, the attitude towards customers is mediocre and not very attentive. In general, the rolls themselves are delicious, but the organization lacks, be careful with orders.

The most vile rolls I’ve tried in my life - if you want to experience a gag reflex - then you tried “Real Rolls”, you tried to agree on a refund - they threw off photos and a description of these terrible rolls in the messages in the group. They received a refusal in response to the fact that they ate a lot, ate two, out of 12 they ate 6, and this, according to these “people”, ate almost everything - in general, the conclusion is that the administrator of this institution does not matter the opinion of the clients, there is no question with this they don’t want to solve mucks - NEVER BUY THIS if you do not want to be disgusted, do not care and ignore claims.

Rolls are the best and tastiest in Dobryanka but depends on the chef, sometimes the rolls are smaller than usual and fall apart. The waiting time for delivery does not always correspond to what the operator says. The accumulative system (that is, the accrual of bonuses to the card) often does not work. They say the program does not work, it will be charged tomorrow, as a result, nothing is charged. Why then make this map at all? The operator does not know how to solve questions, he asks the cook again, in the end the problem remains. Sometimes the sauce is brought in so little that you have to get it out of the refrigerator if a person doesn't have sauce at home ?! there are rolls without sauce?! 😞 this was the case with us too 🤷 You will not fix these little things, more attention, love for customers and prices
