We ordered cakes for the corporate party at Patissier. We entered into an agreement, agreed on the layout of the cakes, and filled out an application where we clearly set the time for the delivery of the cakes. At the stage of ordering cakes and signing documents, everything seemed to be not bad, the company manager tried to discuss the details of the order with us and went to meet us, but the problems started on the day of delivery. The cakes were delivered 1.5 hours earlier, it was enough for the courier that the security would sign the documents, and all this was done without a reason. When we saw these cakes coming to work, the fact that we were in shock is to say the least. The design is just awful. Bows decorated with mastic departed from the cake itself, white chocolate smudges all over the bow, the color of the bow and ribbon did not match the application, the design was also sugar paper on which we had the images we needed. Sugar paper was moving away from the cake, and there were huge gaps between the images that should fit together. In general, the appearance of the cake is not aesthetically pleasing and the design of the cake has been completed with great confectionery confusion. The cakes lacked a banana. We made a decision to buy other cakes at the nearest patisserie and not to expose this awful patisserie to the employees. To date, we have sent a complaint to the manufacturer, but we have not yet received a response. I do not advise ordering desserts for your holiday in the above company.

We ordered a cake for the child’s birthday, everyone loved it! Moderately sweet, moderately soaked cakes. In appearance, they did better than expected! The only thing that was ordered With strawberries and peaches, the strawberries were not tasty, and the peach was tasteless and hard. Therefore, I’ll put a 5-, although this flaw did not affect the overall impression of the cake.
