I always liked Khlebnitsa, but today I witnessed the disgusting behavior of the staff. I won’t go here anymore and do not advise anyone. An elderly lady slipped on the wet floor. I hurt my knee badly. Instead of helping, or at least sympathizing, the seller, the cook and the cleaning lady, three of them, began to prove that they were mopping the floor every half hour. I took the phone number of the injured woman. He advised me to go to the emergency room. Such an attitude to customers should be punished in full. Do not forget that just yesterday at a hotel in Balatovo five guests died in boiling water. Apparently, the Khlebnitsa bakery wants its guests to break their legs. I repeat, I always visited Khlebnitsa on Uralskaya 113 with pleasure. But today I'm in shock.
