The employee did not even bother to check the second track number, which was mentioned initially, and began to ignore the request. I hope the administration will explain to its employees how to behave in the workplace and with visitors! I believe that performing duties should not be accompanied by boorish behavior on the part of employees ... P.S. I do not advise to pick up parcels on the day of work of this "lovely" lady, with a magnificent arrogant attitude towards people.

Disgusting service. Parcels came to me and my grandmother. Grandmother went for her parcel, but she was given MY parcel, even BY HER PASSPORT. And if there was something very personal that she could not see. How can it be possible to issue parcels to strangers, albeit with the same surname.

For the first time in my life, I used the service of sending international valuable parcels through the Russian Post service. Natalya Alekseevna worked professionally, attentively, extremely kindly and created an absolutely calm and light atmosphere. Thanks to her work, I decided to continue to use the services of Russian Post.

Russian Post is located in the very center of the city and there is no parking for cyclists
