I'm a native New Yorker, and I highly recommend Biblioteka! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the guys behind the bar speak ENGLISH and mix the best drinks! The food is delicious, the music is great (not deafening loud) and you can really enjoy a night out with friends and loved ones, or friends who will soon be loved ones 😘! If you can only go to ONE bar in Perm, go to Biblioteka. You're welcome.
