Very good tuna perfectly cooked

Certainly one of the best places in center of city Pensa to chill out in the evening. In summer days they offer a huge veranda with an outside bar. I like the music and the drinks. My favorite is the very tasty Tartar, which comes in a small closed glass container, which is filled with smoke. A very exceptional presentation, when opened, and an explosion of taste in your mouth. However, the changes on menu are not always to understand. The excellent "Filet Mignon" isn't offered since months under dubious explanations of the staff. That's disappointing. Notwithstanding I give five stars because of the overall quality level.

Good food, overpriced and with small portions.. good environment to a business meeting

If you do land up in Penza .. then this Is a great place to unwind.. good food .. drinks maybe even a hookah if you are in the mood. The place has a decent fixed lunch that I have tried a few times .. overall recommend!
