Visitors to this cafe go to the toilet right around the cafe, and everyone is vomiting there. Constantly brawls, fights, the RRG stands every weekend. What do you think is a normal contingent?

I go there more than 10 and always in different ways. It is generally excellent, the music is super, the waitresses work promptly and all the staff are polite and friendly. BUT, as soon as incidents happen (bad music, no discussion), the administration immediately begins to behave rudely, to be rude and turn the arrows in your direction. Although I am essentially not a conflict person, I come to a cafe to relax and dance, and in such cases I only get negative emotions. And so it happened on the night of January 11 to 12! The waitress worked alone, could not cope with the load, they waited about an hour for delivery and order (they probably prepared a bottle of champagne themselves), at my request, the bartender said that this was to the administrator, and the administrator simply refused to give it to me, and even said to my companions "calm her down!" Here is such an excellent behavior in the administration of this cafe, when something does not suit guests !!! Moreover, of those cases when I was really upset by something (it’s good that there weren’t a lot of them), in almost all cases the administration behaved rudely. I would like to contact you dear administration, reconsider your attitude to your customers and take into account their wishes !!!
