We contacted a Mercedes service center in the expectation that professionals work there, and in the end they took the car on a tow truck. The problem was with the headlights, we signed up for a diagnostics a week in advance, they announced the price of 2300. The car was driven at the appointed time and left, the next day we were informed that the diagnostics had been carried out, and there was NO ANSWER to the question of what the problem was! They say we still need to do diagnostics and it will cost another 5000 rubles. We decided to pick up the car, as we realized that the workers there were still the same. As a result, when we arrived for the car, it turned out that the brakes did not work completely !!!!, the brake system was damaged and this was done in this wonderful service center. Along the way, they began to bred us that our car was listed in theft according to their database !!! (what exactly they wanted to say by this - we did not understand). With all this, this simply cannot be, and in the 15th year we already applied for a number of works to this service ... Apparently this is the principle of operation, not to deal with a specific problem, but to disassemble the car in parts! As a result: The malfunction has not been established !!! Although the diagnostics were carried out and paid for, the bill contains ellipses in the section - conclusions! The car that came to this service itself, left there on a tow truck !!! What else can I say? Perhaps only this: Service consultant E.F. Piskunov. and everyone who was "engaged" in our car - BURN IN Hell !!! I hope you will be cozy and comfortable there.

Nice service and most importantly, they are doing the job quickly. The second time I pick up the car before lunch. This was not the case before.
