In Oryol, unfortunately, catering establishments have a tendency over the years not to improve, but to slip. We were in Grinn Bear the other day. It is worth noting that the temperature was measured and we were offered a hand sanitizer. The food was delicious, but the beer glasses were stained, and the plastic nets for the plates were shabby and falling apart. But these are trifles, I give a C grade because of the service. The waitress brought the order and we never saw her again. So they sat surrounded by empty glasses and plates, and used napkins. I had to pay myself at the bar. It seems that the staff is recruited on the principle of "if only someone"
