A curious place to visit. Workers are organizing the treatment of wild birds (predators) that were found with injuries or illnesses and needed human help. After recovery, the issue of whether to release them back into nature or leave to live in captivity is decided. Many of the birds received injuries that prevent them from living in the wild (for example, due to damage to the wings they cannot fly). On display, birds are mostly cured with injuries that cannot live in nature. They got a lot of bad pass. There are birds who suffered gunshot wounds (despite the fact that almost all breeds are listed in the Red Book), bought from a contact zoo with non-healing injuries, bought out to poachers. Generally collected birds with a difficult fate. But there are, in my opinion, two hunters (the Falcon Saker Falcon and the desert buzzard or Harris hawk) who are specially trained and hunt city birds so that they do not "bombard" the sewage of the dome of St. Sophia Cathedral. Most birds sit under such canopies, closed on three sides, tied by a paw, so as not to fly away. Some are in cages. These are the two largest birds, the white-tailed eagle and the golden eagle, and too smart crows, one of which learned to unfasten the carbine and untie the knot on the paw. In addition to the static exposition, the falconry yard also arranges something like representations when birds fly and show their skills. Professional specialists work with birds. Admission is paid by ticket. The cost of a simple bird inspection is 150 rubles. I think that the price is normal and the inspection is worth it. You can leave donations and buy souvenirs.

I didn’t go inside, because I am biased towards places where wild animals are kept in captivity. A bird was born to fly, IMHO. People like it, there are always a lot of visitors. Perhaps I will one day change my point of view and stop by to admire the beautiful and proud predators.

Children and adults alike will love it. For 4.5 thousand arrange flights of birds and imitation of falconry.
