Semashko, Oryol in November 2020: Kozlova Lyudmila Vladimirovna, Lukyanchikova Svetlana Ivanovna, Ryazanova Margarita Stepanovna, Pakhomova Valentina Mikhailovna, Stepanenko Tamara Vladimirovna, Sharakina Lyubov Vasilievna, We express our deep gratitude and gratitude to doctors, nurses, all service personnel for the human attitude and sincere sympathy for patients, for high professionalism and personal qualities, manifested in the difficult working conditions of the entire team of the department. Doctor Nikolai Vasilievich Evdokimov is always benevolent, he explains to everyone the course of the disease in detail, answers the burning questions of patients, supports everyone's confidence in restoring his health. The nurses, who support the work of the entire department, carry out the most difficult part of the work: they put in droppers, give injections, measure temperature and pressure. Nevertheless, they are patient with the sick, encourage patients in word and deed, sincerely wishing us a speedy recovery. The work of the service personnel deserves the kindest words: nurses, barmaids, hostess sisters. They not only have to take care of the cleanliness and order in the wards and the department as a whole, so that all patients are fed and groomed on time, but also accompany patients for X-ray or CT. Thanks everybody! It is possible to improve work if you purchase high-quality blood pressure monitors at the department. What a blessing that in our difficult time there are medical workers capable of everyday feat to save people's lives! God will give everyone longevity and strength of spirit for many years.

I got into neurosurgery this year and I was very pleased with this department. The medical staff was polite, attentive. Special thanks to the head of the department Pavel Viktorovich and Sergey Gennadievich for their professionalism.
