This motel is still at the construction stage, or rather decoration. No pipes were laid under the highway, communications are on the side of the building, no traffic jams! Reviews here are not appropriate, especially negative. As a designer, who oversees this object, I ask you not to give reviews for now. Soon the motel and dining room will be officially open and will receive their first guests. I will mercilessly complain about the reviews of competitors!

This is a traffic jam on the road in Penza - nobody needs unnecessary work on laying a pipe under the road, most likely another cut of folk money !!!

Good friendly service, only there is practically no Internet

Score 4 is put in advance, because this hotel is still under construction. I will hope that after passing the mark will rise to 5.
