Malinovskoe School of the Rossoshensky Volost: 32 volumes (30 titles) were registered. At the Medvedenskoye College of the Medvedenskoye Volost, a library was opened by the school board, which totaled 100 volumes. Of special interest was the library, created at the Paul-Uspensky School of the Paul-Uspensky Volost. It was opened at the expense of the St. Petersburg and Moscow literacy committees, totaled 250 volumes (178 titles). In 1913, another library was opened under the Rossoshensk Agricultural Society, which served and continues to serve the enlightenment of the local population. During this time the library has changed its premises more than once, its fund has grown many times. In 2004 the building was renovated. Today it is called the Krasnozorensk Regional Library. The library together with the children's library counts 26,897 copies of periodicals. Annually it is visited by about 4 000 readers.
