There was an unpleasant aftertaste from my acquaintance with Y. Belaichuk. Twice she signed me up for training, and the training did not take place. For the first time, she simply did not consider it possible to call me to confirm the training (she called the reception all day and asked if I would have a training or not, the operators said that wait for the call, when late at night I did not receive any confirmation, called the reception again , the girl said that all messages were sent to the coach, but ... maybe the training is canceled). ... Postponed to October 1 at 11:00. I come, again there is no coach, I go and ask her, they say she was 30 minutes ago and left. I go to the reception, again no one can understand anything. They call her, make her call me back. She calls, she is clearly embarrassed in her voice, says that with a high temperature she left work and her nose is clogged, she is very ill, suggests postponing the workout for a few days until it recovers completely. I ask why you didn’t call me so that I wouldn’t come to workout , says she could not find my phone🤦 I feel a lie in my voice, but I wish you a speedy recovery. I come today, that is, the next day (early in the morning) to Lime Fitness and see our "patient" in full health ... not a trace of nasal congestion simulating over the phone. Blinking eyes, not an ounce of embarrassment. I realized that I was faced with human dishonesty, expressed my opinion to her, but most likely, the information will not reach this lady, because, on the go, she began to lie and dodge, either about non-existent calls, or about a serious illness that was fighting on the spot. Therefore, I believe that such a person can ruin the reputation of the entire coaching staff, and the institution as a whole. By the way, she offered to train with her today !!! 🙈🤔 Guess what I answered! 😆

Saddened by the departure of the coach Irina Kharitonova. The club has lost a lot since her departure. All the same, the main thing is not bright advertising and stupid holidays, but the coaching staff. It is strange that the management does not understand this and is scattered by such professionals.

I’ve been going there for three months. Lately the hammam has been working badly, as I don’t come, the couple is completely gone, and it’s really cold there. I have been more than an hour, the situation does not change. In the Finnish sauna, a metal plate weighs almost on one nail over the stove, and you look, it will fall off. I repeatedly spoke about these problems to the duty coach, to which he answers, we’ll fix everything. The next time I come, everything is as before. Administration, please, monitor the quality of the services provided, because of these criteria, the opinion about the club is changing. Thanks for attention!

It's a shame that such a center is big, but they do not pay attention to service. They also know how to deceive. My spouse and I needed to freeze the card for two or three months, under the contract we have the right to freeze up to 90 days. The husband repeatedly addressed this question to specialists, he was answered that there is no specialist who can answer this question, or some other fictitious reason. I personally called for freezing, the specialist said that I do not have the right to freeze the card, it’s strange that somehow it turns out when I conclude the contract, and it’s written, but after that it’s not. Personally, I could not drive up, and I did not have to drive every day to catch the right specialist. The girl promised to understand the situation and call back, so no one called back, the problem was not solved. Well, respectively, these three months were simply written off, and not through our fault. I have never had such an unpleasant situation with fitness centers. Not nice.

I do not advise anyone. Hunks and habalks are one, starting from trainers. Do you guys even know what a service is? And how to communicate with people? If you don’t want to spoil your mood with these “cute” people who work there - in our city there are many other interesting places where you can study, and much cheaper.
