Unfortunately, every year the quality of food and service decreases. A bottle of beer costs 250 rubles while serving it warm. The staff is ... tuned in to customer reception and service. Prices do not correspond to the level, especially in the absence of a restroom at the establishment. At Penza prices it can be compared with MosCow, and in terms of food quality and service with the Lu-Lou café-dining room, although it’s probably even better there than in Trattoria. I already promised a year ago that I hadn’t gotten here anymore, but they passed by and thought suddenly a miracle and everything worked out - no, it didn’t work out - goodbye Trattoria Il Gusto! It is a pity that in Penza, a business works on quality, usually no more than a year. I think this is a mental pandemic of the city and few people manage to avoid becoming infected with an unobtrusive service and a generally boorish attitude towards their customers.
