Speaking specifically about the "Restaurant Torzhest" then this is the most disgusting place in the city. Imagine if you make a night club in the Hermitage - this is the "celebration". Modern spotlights and all walls in a rich gold finish .... an eerie combination. Kitchen .... with great hunger you can eat, but in an ordinary cafe it is often much tastier. The impression that they cook without spices at all, and then they offer you to add everything to your taste. Even GrinnBir is even better if you talk about where you can go for a meal nearby.
