It's clean. All new. But pulls 1-2 stars

We stopped to spend the night on the way to Kazan. This is one of the best places where we spent the night. Huge room, very comfortable beds, clean and tidy everywhere. We haven't had breakfast yet, but I think I won't be disappointed.

Great staff. Very calm and cozy

The hotel is quite on the level .... BUT ... the third floor is horrible ... since they made the type of "window" the room is not ventilated at all .... it was spring and in November and spring it is hot and stuffy from the roof, there is a condo, but it doesn’t provide fresh air .... in November-cold air from the street does not rise up-it cannot climb into the “type” vent window that they have on the third .... dull staff apotheosis-populated the hockey team 6 year olds, the boys stood on their ears all evening and day, while their coach lived quietly on the second floor and did not blow a mustache .... why should guests suffer from such the decision of the administration was decidedly not clear, they would have relocated the other guests, and hockey players would have been given one floor ..... but there wasn’t enough brains for it ... in short a normal place, with indifferent staff (except the cook) and misses when designing the third floor no more foot here, only if there are no other vacant places in hotels in Penza. .

Very clean. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The building smells good. The bathroom is clean and spacious! The hotel is located far from the center.
