I ordered a split system, in the office and on the phone I’m not particularly talkative, verbally agreed on installation for day x, but on that day the car broke down and the goods didn’t reach them, they offered another day (the next) or a break in the contract to solve the nuance. .. The next day, not bad installers arrived, but couldn’t install until the end because the machine for installing the external part of the split system broke down ... When I asked why they couldn’t install normally and without any problems, “force majeure” felt like they constantly break something. To solve this installation, they suggested another day of reinstallation, I did not like it and I did not hear other solutions. The result - a break in the contract with the return of money.

I bought an air conditioner at the end of last summer, not fully understanding its necessity, but the repair was overhaul, we decided to install an air conditioner just in case. Very happy, life was divided into "before" and "after" the installation of the air conditioner, without exaggeration! Liked and advice in the store and installation. Great company! They know their business at 5+! They explained everything in the office, advised on “cheers!” The installation installers were especially pleased. Really the masters!
