Hello, Sergey. Yes, indeed, the installation team of our company during drilling the walls got into the heating pipe hidden in the wall. During installation, wallpaper was glued on the walls, and insulation was installed on the ceiling. Before installation, we were not warned about hidden communications in the walls, and it was not possible to visually determine the location of the pipe in the wall. Another installation team and the chief technologist really confirmed the visibility of the pipe, but after you peeled off the wallpaper behind which the pipes were located, as shown in the photo that you attached. We apologize again for the inconvenience.

Ordered ceilings in this company, when stretching the ceilings in the bedroom they punched a heating pipe. There was 4cm water on the floor. The company management commented that the pipes were not visible, because they are entirely in the wall, although they are clearly visible on the top of the ceiling. The damage caused by the installers, the company refused to pay. After a while, as soon as everything was restored, other installers came and there was a technologist with them who confirmed that the pipe was visible. I DO NOT ADVISE TO STRENGTHEN THE CEILING IN THIS COMPANY. P.S. the ceiling was pulled by a man of about 50, a tall man with a mustache. and a man of 30 years. Beware of these characters
