I did not like the attitude towards customers. The month of waiting expired and two days before receiving the order I was informed that there was no needed baguette and there would be a replacement. That is, the work did not even start !!! But since the deadlines were already running out, there was no time to turn to another workshop. I had to agree.

I bought a backlit mirror. less than three months later, the mirror fell into disrepair "bloomed". So also, when ordering, they were late with the deadlines.

She decorated here with embroidery, full sewing, waited more than a month, got a picture in reduced by 2 rows of crosses from 4 sides, the master assured me that it should be so that the canvas could not be seen, but when I got home and went on the Internet I saw such the same picture could be issued as expected

I made an icon for my mother, ordered a baguette from stock. I drew a sample of how the icon should be located, since we needed a specific icon size. We did it quickly, thanks to the masters. Mom was pleased.

All perfectly! I have embroidered several times in this framing workshop. In Penza, only they were able to make a design for a mat. Recommend!
